Hand dyed tissue and encaustic wax on birch board.
A beautiful abstract floralscape emerges from the lustrous waxy canvas. White flowers formed from beeswax melted with a flame create the flower petals, highlighted by the 3D wax embellished centres which add depth and character to the painting. The embedded tissue contains hues of fushia pink, turquoise and lime green with splashes of vibrant yellow. A truly unique and vibrant painting, polished to perfection and waiting to be admired.
The edges of this piece are finished with the distinctive ‘shou sugi ban’ charred wood.
Note: This piece is unframed with no suspension on the reverse, so that you can mount it to suit your room décor.

RETURNS
Gill wants you to be happy with your artwork. But if for any reason you aren’t, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, undamaged, for a refund (minus any shipping costs). Artwork must be sent back by tracked delivery in its original packaging or packaged securely and is your responsibility until it arrives.
Unfortunately, commissioned pieces of art cannot be returned.
