Hand dyed tissue and encaustic wax on birch board.
Gorgeous peach and yellow vibrant flowers float in tranquil teal and turquoise wax on its wooden canvas. Each flower centre is enhanced with relief paint to give added drama, texture and interest. The layers of tissue paper produce a muted backdrop, highlighted with scattered wax droplets. A truly individual piece, polished to perfection.
The edges of this piece are finished with the distinctive ‘shou sugi ban’ charred wood.
Note: This piece is unframed with no suspension on the reverse, so that you can mount it to suit your room décor.

International orders will be shipped will be shipped with FedEx Tracked. I will contact you to confirm shipping rates once your order has been placed.
RETURNS
Gill wants you to be happy with your artwork. But if for any reason you aren’t, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, undamaged, for a refund (minus any shipping costs). Artwork must be sent back by tracked delivery in its original packaging or packaged securely and is your responsibility until it arrives.
Unfortunately, commissioned pieces of art cannot be returned.
