Latest on website!

Big news: On line Gift shop

I will shortly be creating gifts displaying my artwork, available to order via my website! I have been working to develop a beautiful line up of unique products - just in time for Christmas! In addition, I will be offering prints of some of my key paintings to make my wax and alcohol ink designs more affordable. These prints will be available in a range of sizes and would be perfect to frame or give as Christmas presents.

I have also sent my 2026 Art Desk Calendar off to the printers - excited to see it printed. It is a way to see my art each month of the year! It will be available to purchase at the Craft Fair and on my website.

In the Studio

New designs

Above is an example of my new style of encaustic wax art - abstract seascapes with gold leaf on wooden board. Each one is an original design. Coming soon to the website….. Let me know if there is a specific colour combination you would like created to suit your decor.

Other alcohol ink  and wax florals are scheduled for adding to the website soon - keep checking into see them! I have already been busy working on some new Christmas designs on baubles, covered notebooks and candle holders, which will be available at the Craft Fair below.

Gift and Craft Fair - Nature in Art - October 25th and 26th October

I will have a stall at the very popular Nature in Art CraftFair in October where I will be selling my art on a wide range of products including tea lights, candle holders, bags, coasters, mugs, and key rings, as well as lots of original art! If you live locally, please come and visit me there! It is a fantastic place for a day out with its Museum and Art Gallery, Sculpture Garden and a really great Coffee Shop. Nature in Art - Dare to Dabble course

On October 22nd I am teaching a small art workshop at NIA where you will learn to hand-dye tissue paper and then use it for a meadowscene acrylic painting. Book update!

Search Press, my publisher have sent me the first draft of my book - which is very exciting! I am thrilled with how it looks and can't wait to share it with you. I have spent some time this month editing a few details and discussing images for the front cover. My book will describe ten step by step techniques to try to hand-dye tissue paper and will also include ten inspiring projects to show you how to use your hand-dyed tissue paper. The book length has increased due to all the instructions and techniques included - this does mean the publication date has moved slightly - to May 2026. Keep following for more info…
